TREASURY SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities
  • Perform and control day to day treasury activities.
  • Prepare and monitoring all treasury activities.
  • Making daily journal transaction.
  • Perform other related accounting and finance duties
Job requirement
  • Male/ Female with maximum 30 years of age
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from Accounting or Finance.
  • Having experience 5 years experience as treasury officer or finance officer(preferably from public accountant and mining company).
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Having knowledge about tax.
  • Having knowledge about cash management and budgeting.

  • to review and monitor company financial routine expenditure based on the existing policy by making comparisons over the budget that has been created with the actual costs incurred to minimize the cost of variants.

  • To evaluate all project cost that have been used, so company can ensure project effectiveness and activities in accordance with the objective of the company business.
  • To prepare financial statement report periodically, so board always be informed the progress of projects that have been executed.

SHIPPING PERMIT & LICENSE STAFF

Job responsibilities
  • Ensuring the completeness of permit documents for vessels and barges (to be loaded or completed loading) for export as well as domestic destination in order to meet regulatory requirements, so that the vessels/barge can sail soon upon loading completion.
  • Making Certificate of Origin (COO) for each vessel and barge for export destinations.
  • Making Surat Keterangan Asal (SKA) for each vessel and barge for domestic destinations.
Job requirement
  • Min. Diploma Degree of any major.
  • Min. 2 years of experience as shipping permit and license staff or equivalent position.
  • Required Skill(s) : Contract Management, Administration & Document Control.

ASSET DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

Job responsibilities
  • Bertanggung jawab penuh atas tahapan proyek dengan menunjukkan kepemimpinan dalam memastikan setiap proses dan tahapan dilaksankan dengan prinsip PDCA.
  • Melakukan feasibility study yang mengkonfirmasi asumsi-asumsi yang ada di tahap pre feasibility study untuk memastikan bahwa proyek layak untuk diteruskan kepada tahap berikutnya.
  • Mendukung Department Head dalam mendapatkan persetujuan BoD untuk pelaksanaan proyek.  
  • Menjalankan proyek berdasarkan tahapannya dan memberi masukan dan mengambil tindakan bila diperlukan untuk memastikan proyek berjalan lancar sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan (waktu, biaya, kualitas).
  • Membentuk organisasi dan memutakhirkan dokumentasi operasional proyek.
  • Memastikan seluruh proses komunikasi dan dokumentasi berjalan dengan baik untuk memperoleh customer satisfaction dari seluruh stakeholder project. 
Job requirement
  • Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil dengan IPK 3.00
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai project leader pembangunan gedung.

Job responsibilities
  • Candidate must provide administration support to Planning and Control Department
  • Ensure prompt and acurate shipping datum are entered into the Pit to Port system to allow prompt ETA update and subsequent loading plan
  • Compile performance report from P&C and PO monthly to be reviewed by P&C Department Head
  • Handle administration duties (travel booking request, expenses report, mails, filing documents, meeting, etc.
Job requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY FOREMAN

(KALIMANTAN SELATAN)

Job responsibilities
  • Control operational activities of coal hauling or dispatch hauling
  • Arrange and supervise heavy duty operation in loop hoper
  • Placing the coal from the mining based on the specifications and quality to the ROM or Hopper
  • Prepare reports associated with coal conditions and stockpiles in the ROM 
  • Oversee the loading coal activities onto trucks hauling in accordance with the plans and procedures
  • Inspect and control of K3LH in the field
Job requirement
  • Male, max 27 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree of engineering with GPA min 2.75 (Scale 4).
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Good knowledge on K3LH
  • Able to work in detail, multi task and under pressure
  • Good communication in English, both verbal and written
