Tax Staff

Job Responsibilities:

  • To verify the transactions tax (tax invoice input and output as well as the Bank Disbursement Voucher / BDV) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data.
  • To prepare the data required for reporting actual tax liability company to ensure each required data available to precisely and accurately in accordance with the applicable procedures.
  • To input the transactions into the e - tax returns correctly and accurately in accordance with the standards and procedures set so that every transaction tax related data can be provided with appropriate and accurate in accordance with the applicable procedures.
  • To create reports of tax payments or mail tax payments ( SSP ) based on data from the e - tax return as well as to verify and ensure the completeness of the data , so that all statements made in accordance with the tax regulations .
  • To conduct an examination of the results of the SSP is being paid to ensure precision and accuracy of the data.
  • To archive all documents to keep order administrative transactions and facilitates tracing documents.
  • To up date information about the latest tax laws and apply them in the work so that every transaction tax is always done in accordance with applicable tax laws.
  • Willing to work in Banjarmasin – South Kalimantan

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • 1 - 2 years experiences in similar position (preferably from Tax Consultant)
  • Competencies : Tax Regulation and Procedures, e-SPT, Tax Calculation
  • Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of team.
  • Good command in English both oral and written.
  • Having excellent interpersonal skills.

Drill & Blast Foreman

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the availability of design recommendations drilling and blasting activities in accordance with the environmental conditions in the mining areas  (internal and external).
  • To ensure design of drilling and blasting activities so it may be optimized to achieve company targets.
  • To ensure the implementation of operational activities of drilling and blasting is carried out by the contractor in accordance with the blasting design and procedures and applicable regulations (especially related K3LH).
  • To ensure the impact of blasting activities (noise, vibration, etc.) is done in accordance with the applicable monitored so that it can be used as a reporting and evaluation of the implementation of blasting activities in accordance with applicable regulations (internal and external).


Operations Department Head

Main Responsibilities :

  • To plan, lead, direct, and evaluate OPCC (Out of Pit Crusher and Conveyor) operational activities including all aspects of crushing and transporting overburden in prder to achieve companys OPCC operational target effectively and efficiently in accordance with HSE standards.
  • To develop work plans and objectives of Operation Department with respect to overall company plans to ensure the OPCC system operates as a productive business unit.
  • To establish systems operating procedures (SOP), work instruction (WI) and job safety analysis (JSA) of operations and HSE management and review its implementation to achieve operations efficiently, effectively and safely.
  • To prepare annual and monthly OPCC plan, monitor and evaluate the execution to ensure the production targets are met according to operations plan of overburden.
  • Set up production strategy, monitor and evaluate its implementation to ensure utilization level of production facilities is optimized.
  • Plan and monitor transportation activities of overburden from the crushing systems to designated stacking area to ensure activity in OPCC consistent with production plan & strategy.
  • Determine appropriate steps to overcome any obstacles of which found, and actively coordinate with related section or department to ensure production operations targets are met accordingly.
  • Develop a harmonious relationship with contractor partners who create a sustainable cooperation to support the processing and transportation operations of overburden.
  • Monitor and control all activities within Operations Department to ensure its compliance with HSE standards.

Job Spesifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical/ Mining/ Civing Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Plant Operations at Superintendent Level
  • Required Competencies : Plant Operational Management, Operational Safety, Safety & Health Management, Environmental Management, Operational Maintenance
  • Good communication, leadership, and managerial skills
  • Excellent command in English both oral and writen
  • Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
