CIVIL INSPECTOR

Job responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring and coordinating subcontractor performance and progress on the construction of the power plant civil works to ensure that construction is done as according to specification, design and schedule.

  • Monitor subcontractor’s performance on the construction of the power plant’s civil works to ensure that construction is done as according to design.
  • Identify civil design issues during the construction of the power plant’s civil works and to recommend and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
  • Monitor and report subcontractor’s construction progress for the power plant’s civil works to ensure construction is done on schedule and to recommend corrective actions for any civil engineering issues.
  • Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve performance, reliability and safety.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of instructions regarding the construction of the power plant’s civil facilities from the Civil Team Leader and Civil Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities regarding the construction of civil facilities for the power plant and to monitor the progress and performance of the subcontractors to ensure that the power plant’s civil facilities is constructed on schedule and on spec.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum  2 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry)
  • Required Competencies : Civil Engineering, Construction Methods, System Analysis
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

 

CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

Responsible for the civil supervision work, coordinate timely civil inspections, job safety, housekeeping, work methods, schedule to ensure the power plant construction is done safely and built according to the contract specifications and proper industrial practice.

  • Develop recommendations for technical civil standards for the construction of the power plant’s civil works and to provide daily and weekly progress reports to ensure construction is done according to schedule.
  • Develop and propose civil designs for the construction of the power plant to coordinate the designs with the EPC contractors to ensure construction is done according to spec.
  • Review and analyze issues on the designs of civil construction and to develop recommendations for follow up actions to ensure the issues are accurately and swiftly addressed.
  • Coordinate and provide instructions to EPC contractor regarding civil works which has been agreed upon by the Civil Engineering Manager as well as to monitor contractor performance and progress to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design and schedule.
  • Review and recommend cost-effective equipment modification to be supplied by EPC contractors to help improve performance, reliability and safety.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering (Diploma Degree with many years of experience are welcome to apply)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry)

ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Responsible for the environmental impact of the power plant construction project and to ensure the implementation of environmental awareness programs in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.

  • Monitor hygiene inspections to ensure the project work area is in a hygienic and clean condition to work in.
  • Monitor and analyze water quality inspections to ensure the availability of clean water and to minimize the impact of the project on water quality.
  • Coordinate and monitor project waste to control its impact on the environment.
  • Maintain and coordinate site office logistic needs, ensuring all site office logistics are always available and in accordance with the logistical needs of the project.
  • To investigate environment contamination cases due to the power plant construction project to ensure all cases of contamination are documented and handled swiftly and accordingly.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as similar position.
  • Good knowledge in AMDAL, Plant Operational Management, Environmental Management.
  • Good communication and managerial skills.
  • Good command in English both oral and written

SAFETY OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of HSE programs to ensure all site operations are done safely and are in accordance with the prevailing standards, procedures and laws.
Provide safety inductions / re-inductions and training to all site personnel and guests to provide and enhance HSE awareness on site.

  • Prepare materials for and to conduct safety talks for all site personnel to ensure the implementation of HSE systems, standards and procedures in all site works
  • To conduct emergency response system tests to ensure emergency response systems are effective and will enhance the safety site working conditions.
  • Commission heavy equipment, including operational vehicles to ensure the safety of operational activities.
  • Prepare hazard reports to highlight potential dangers in the work area to ensure the mitigation of accidents / incidents.
  • Conduct investigations and to update data regarding incidents to provide recommendations for improvements for existing HSE systems and procedures.
  • Conduct weekly safety walk around to identify potential hazards.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as similar position.
  • Good knowledge in Ahli K3 Umum, Emergency Response Management, Health & Safety Management, Fire Fighting

MECHANICAL INSPECTOR

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of instructions regarding the construction of the power plant’s mechanical works from the Mechanical Team Leader and Mechanical Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering & construction project (project construction or plant maintenance), preferably in power plant projects.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job responsibilities

Responsible to perform all finance, accounting & tax activities are done in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures within the company.

  • To prepare the supporting documentations for monthly closing (General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit/Loss, etc).
  • Prepare tax administration reports and to ensure it is done in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
  • To prepare all invoice calculations, ensuring that there are no deviations between the calculations and the invoices.
  • To process all of the company’s financial obligations to ensure that they are paid on time and to provide accurate and timely financial in order to control the company’s cash flow.
  • Process and document petty cash requests to support the company’s operational activities.
  • To collect, document and process vendor’s tax and compliance documentations, ensuring its accuracy in accordance with the company’s policy.
  • To prepare all supporting data for fixed assets, A/P, A/R, Stock, Loan in order to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 out 0f 4.00 (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).

GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF

Job responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and arranging site office general affairs (logistics, business travel, hotel, transportation, site office & asset maintenance and housekeeping) to ensure all general affairs services are provided in accordance with company policy, on time and support the overall project.

  • Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
  • Coordinate site office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure site office is well maintained.
  • Coordinate site office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.
  • Maintain and coordinate site office logistic needs, ensuring all site office logistics are always available and in accordance with the logistical needs of the project.

HRD SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

  • Implementation Human Resources Development programs in line with the strategy, policies and needs of the company.
  • Design organization structure and roles, and ensure its alignment with company objectives and strategy.
  • Payroll (salary, allowances, overtime, medical insurance, BPJS)
  • Assist in recruitment and selection (through internal and external source)

Job requirement
