Job responsibilities

Support manager in monitoring OPCC Maintenance activities covering all aspects of mechanical and electrical fixed plant and mobile equipment; by ensure personalundergoing maintenance activities are managed in a safe, efficient & cost effective manner to enable the Maintenance department to meet present and future needs of the operation. Support cost control activities to attain effective and efficient process of bulk materials handling to ensure Statutory compliance with Electrical Installations and Systems

Job requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (especially in handling conveyor)
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Tabalong - Kalimantan Selatan
  • Full-Time position(s) available.



Job responsibilities

  • To produce marketing analysis and reports / presentation to division and group management as needed.
  • To market existing business of Adaro Logistics to achieve company's strategic target.
  • To identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objective, market characteristic, cost and markup factors for Adaro Logistics subsidiaries.
  • To develop and manage good relationship with existing customers and all new potential customers to ensure short term and long term sales targets are achieved.
  • To manage customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To draft and complete proposal, tenders and contracts to meet internal compliance requirements considering both legal and commercial parameters.
  • To bridge communication between operation team and customer to ensure customer expectation and standard operation procedure are met.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

  • Sales revenue.
  • Valuable new customers and maintaining existing customers.
  • Customer satisfaction index.

Job requirement

  • Have Bachelor Degree as the minimum of education level.

Job responsibilities

  • To review  tax data from the sources to ensure all tax data that used by company are accurate to be reported.
  • To review taxable income data calculations liabities (the fulfillment of obligations and tax reporting tax return in a bid) to reach the fulfillment of obligations optimal taxation.
  • To make the concept of a letter of response for tax office correspondence, so it that would give an accurate explanations related to the fulfillment of company tax. 
  • To conduct a review on the newest tax regulations and identified the impact of the new regulation for the company, so the company can go well.
  • To conduct tax analysis dispute so company tax team can  prepare argument ,explanation ,supporters and data that will be needed by tax office.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor Degree majoring Fiscal Administration from reputable university.
  • Having experiences minimum 5 years from Public Tax Consultant.
  • Certified USKP for Tax Brevet A and Tax Brevet B.
  • Always update about Tax Regulation.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Fluent in english.



Job responsibilities

Managing the process implementation of employee compensation & benefit payment in order to run properly and in timely manner

  • Managing payroll, salary slip, accounts, payroll transfer reports, execution process, and control monthly salary calculation
  • Managing warrant transfer to employees’ bank account, Jamsostek, Tax Payment Receipt, VAT, PPh
  • Coordinating the implementation of tax payments to the bank
  • Organizing generating report and payment of Jamsostek
  • Ensuring archives of salary data for tax purposes are available, accurate, and complete
  • Identify and analyzing the problems related with wages payment, overtime, bonuses, and other allowances and giving solution recommendation to solve the problems

Job requirement

  • Minimum S1 from any major (Accounting, Finance, Tax are preferable)
  • Minimum 8 years experience in handling payroll and 2 years experience as Payroll Assistant Manager
  • Required Skill(s) : Payroll administration, Remuneration Management, Office Administration, Human Resources Information System
  • Good numerical and analytical thinkingGood command in English both oral and written



Job responsibilities

  • Create and develop policies for company asset management ( including Barang Milik Negara ) to ensure all activities are aligned with company’s regulation and applied governance.
  • Develop policies and asset management procedures to ensure asset internal control is being done applied effectively
  • Plan for short term and long term to ensure the company is aligned with company’s strategy and give further recommendation
  • Monitor asset purchasing implementation, asset management and asset disposal and is aligned with BMN Category.
  • Act as a coordinator in team’s asset disposal and make proposal to Board of Directors and prepare documentations to government.
  • Understand and ensure the implementation is aligned with BMN asset management.

Job requirement

  • Having at least 5 years extensive experience as asset management /cost control superintendent in a related industry
  • Strong knowledge and implementation in managing BMN assets
  • Extensive travelling to site



Job responsibilities

  • To monitor logistic businesses situations and collect information regarding market needs and demand to anticipate opportunities and risk that may occur in markets.
  • To explore other business opportunity for Adaro Logistic Group based on company's strategic directions.
  • To liaise with potential partners and analyse best partner for the organization.
  • To analyse a feasibility study proposal for a project term economic, regulation, permit & licenses, as well as risk and reward analysis.
  • To conduct feasibility studies to determine the business prospect prior to proceeding to the next stage development.
  • To explore and secure possible funding option for the new projects to ensure that projects have available financial resources.
  • To produce reports / presentation of new business opportunities to division and group management as needed.
  • To monitor and analyse relevant commercial legislation and their impacts on the new business opportunities as well as providing recommendations to management regarding the step that needs to be taken to address the legislations.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

  • Feasibility study of new business opportunities conducted in timely manner.
  • Able to present and propose comprehensive new businesses opportunity which capture profitability, operation challenges and all risk factors.
