Job responsibilities

Managing and preparing all administrative purposes in the agenda, followed by director

  • Preparing the entire agenda of activities pursued by the director as outlined in the Calendar of Events
  • Scheduling meetings / regular meetings as well as business travel that followed the Director
  • Prepare the agenda, presentation material, and the whole purpose of meeting required by the Director
  • Manage papers and documents the company in accordance with the applicable procedures, as well as ensuring that every letter / document in an up-to-date

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary/ Communication/ Management
  • Minimum 1) year related position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administration Officer
  • Have an ability of filling and administration management
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Able to operate computer (excellent in Microsoft Office)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills's



Job responsibilities

  • preparation of financial models for Adaro Power’s projects
  • Support financing activities for AP’s projects, including devising workable financing plan
  • Perform and supervise Junior analyst in preparation of financial models for Adaro Power’s projects
  • Provide support on project development and implementation activities undertaken by AP
  • Lead preparation of risk analysis of AP’s projects for reporting to Board
  • Perform, supervise and train junior analysts in financial modeling and risk assessment
  • Preparation of board papers for decision and update

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance
  • Minimum 10  years experience as Project Financing position
  • Have deep understanding  of Financial Model, Loan Documentation
  • Good Conseptual thinking and analytical skills
  • Good Leadership and Managerial Skill
  • Good command in English both oral and writen



Job responsibilities

Perform asset management company that systematically recorded in accordance with the applicable policies in the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Registering the company's assets include the budget checking, coding project, the accrual record, verify invoices, records invoices, invoice payment to support the asset management activities of the company.
  • Do reversal of fixed assets of Costruction in Progress (CIP) to Fixed Assets (FA) to ensure completeness of CIP into FA.
  • Perform recording depreciation on a monthly basis to obtain a decrease in the use of an asset information within the company.
  • Process advance to heavy equipment (HE) includes checking the budget, recording and payment of invoices, advance into fixed asset reversal, HE data management and cash flow projections to ensure completeness of data in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Pay the custom clearance in accordance with the applicable provisions to support the smooth receipt of goods.
  • Perform counting and recording akuntans COE (Company Ownership Equipment) to ensure the management of the company in accordance with the COE runs.
  • Perform Capital Expenditure Analysis includes a comparison of actual and budget, realization, and updates forecast for tax purposes.
  • Perform maintenance and management of the appropriate heavy equipment maintenance procedures established by the company. 

Job requirement

  • Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor Graduate majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 
  • Have a working experience: 1-2 years
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Attention to detail oriented
  • Active in some extra curricular activities
  • Good command in English both oral and written
