QHSE OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Provide support and technical assistance to the Division QHSE in running and developing programs for Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) so that all activities at the Division QHSE can run well and smoothly as planned.

 

Main Responsibilities

  1. Updating information changes HSE regulations and other requirements relevant for the development of registers HSE regulations in Adaro Group.
  2. Compile and confirmation documents or related data on program purposes HSE HSE audit conducted by HSE teams in business units within the Adaro Group to ensure compliance with rules and regulations in the field of HSE and other relevant requirements.
  3. Organizing periodic meetings with the business units within the Adaro Group and preparing the materials or documents related to the meeting to find out information and current issues related to compliance and distribute the results of the meeting to all participants in order to improve the status of compliance within the Adaro Group.
  4. Collecting data and draft a consolidated report on the HSE compliance status of the business units within the Adaro Group in order to meet HSE regulations and the availability of data to actionable compliance ..
  5. Participate actively participate in helping the implementation of research and development (R & D) related to HSE and the development of insight and knowledge of the field of HSE in the business units within the Adaro Group.
  6. Organize training activities, socialization, supervision and audits conducted related to HSE management in the business units within the Adaro Group so that the training activities can run smoothly and that employees understand the company's HSE.
  7. Reviewing, and perform checks on equipment, labor, occupational health and the working environment in the neighborhood Adaro Energy to ensure the workforce has been working in accordance with the SOP.
  8. Perform administrative tasks (travel arrangements, meeting arrangement and documentation) as well as other needs in order to expedite the operational processes in the Department HSE.

Job requirement

  1. Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Health and Safety (K3)
  2. Min 1 year experience, Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
  3. Good knowledge on Safety & Health Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, and Quality Management System Development
  4. Good interpersonal and team work skills
  5. Willing to be placed in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
  6. Position is contract based

 

ANALYST

Job responsibilities

Analyse, evaluate the impact of technology on economic strength and business strategy by providing an overview report in the latest market conditions to the board  of  director to make a decision

  • monitor technology development in power sector and electricity market
  • actively participate in associations and business-related conferences to represent the director
  • prepare technology analysis and presentations to the board of directors

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Technical, Communication, Journalism, Economics
  • Minimum 3 year experience as Analyst in Power Industry
  • Have deep understanding of Power Industry
  • Good Conceptual thinking and analytical skill
  • Good Presentation Skill
  • Good command in English both oral and written

 

HR STAFF

Job responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative functions of personnel / HR, such as attendance data, promotion, rotation, mutation, and employee payroll
  • Conduct the selection and recruitment to ensure the availability of manpower required in accordance with demand and qualifications within the agreed time.
  • Perform payroll activities for non staff employee in Site Office
  • Preparation and implementation of training and development programs, including the identification of training needs and training evaluation, to ensure the achievement of the target level of ability and competence of each employee.
  • Storing employee data  (medical reimbursement, time off) in Sunfish Program
  • Reporting the administration and Human resources management activities
  • Develop Manpower Planning for Operation and Maintenance team in site office

Job requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
  •  Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related government regulation
  • Good understanding of HR functions area, recruitment, training and employee development, performance management, job evaluation and remuneration system
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung (South Kalimantan)

 

GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF

Job responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and arranging office general affairs (logistics, business travel, hotel, transportation, office & asset maintenance and housekeeping) to ensure all general affairs services in site are provided in accordance with company policy, on time and support the overall general affairs matters.

  •  Coordinates and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
  • Coordinates site office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure the office is well maintained.
  • Coordinates office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready
  • Maintain and coordinates office logistic needs, ensuring all office logistics are always available and in accordance with the logistical needs

Job requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in any background from reputable university
  • Good knowledge in Facility Management, Vendor Management and Housekeeping Management
  • Good communication skill both in oral and written English
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung (South Kalimantan)

 

SITE SECRETARY

Job responsibilities

  • Preparing the entire agenda followed by the Power Plant Manager recorded in the Calendar of Events
  • Scheduling meetings / regular meetings and business travel that followed the Power Plant Manager
  • Prepare the agenda, presentation material, and the whole purpose of meeting required by the Power Plant Manager
  • Doing the minutes of meetings and information sharing meeting results to the relevant internal and external according to the direction Power Plant Manager
  • Manage papers and documents the company in accordance with the applicable procedures, as well as ensuring that every letter / document in an up-to-date
  • Following up on the required task Power Plant Manager and coordination to each PIC (internal & external)
  • Responsible in E Bulletin for Power Plant Progress and Activity

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary/ Communication/ Management
  • Minimum (1) year related position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administration Office
  • Have an ability of filling and administration management
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Able to operate computer (excellent in Microsoft Office)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill’s

 

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Job requirement
